What we don’t do
We do not conduct litigation or exercise rights of audience for UK matters (we don’t run cases or appear in court), and we don’t carry out conveyancing, grants of probate, notarial acts or the administration of oaths — these are “reserved” activities for UK-authorised lawyers. We don’t hold client money, and we are not a substitute for your own solicitor where one is required.

Always. We sign NDAs, restrict access, and handle data under the UK GDPR with an IDTA in place for transfers.
Do you give regulated legal advice to consumers?
For individuals we provide drafting and general legal information. Where a matter needs regulated advice or court representation in the UK, we’ll tell you and suggest a suitably authorised lawyer.
