The founder
Founder & Principal · Advocate, High Court of Pakistan
A lawyer who blends courtroom discipline with engineering precision. I founded LegalX to deliver clear, rigorous and business-minded legal work across borders. I studied Engineering at University College London (UCL) and completed my LLB with the University of London — training that taught me to treat every legal problem like a system: define the variables, stress-test the assumptions, and build the simplest solution that works.
I completed a two-year clerkship with Justice Babar Sattar at the Islamabad High Court, supporting research and drafting on significant public-law matters, including workstreams connected to cases such as Shehryar Afridi v. Federation of Pakistan and PIA v. Muhammad Saleem Sherwani.
How I work
I translate complex statutes and documents into practical options with trade-offs, timelines and costs. Strong drafting wins negotiations and cases before anyone steps into a courtroom, and I anticipate the other side’s moves to converge on stable solutions. Confidentiality, authorship clarity and compliance are non-negotiable.
